Nine Energy Transmission Projects worth US$4bn Identified in Southern Africa

Arab Contractors to implement $27m new road projects in Egypt

 Arab Contractors Company (AC), a leading construction firm has been awarded a tender worth $27M to implement construction of 400km roads stretch in Egypt. Kenya: One Million Kenyans to Be Connected to Power This Year

City Lodge to construct a $23m 3-star hotel Nairobi, Kenya

City Lodge Hotel Group has made plans to set up a US $23m 3-star hotel in Kenya at the Runda Estate. Japanese Government to fund an irrigation scheme in Rwanda

The Governmnet of Rwanda has received a US$15m grant from the Japanese Government to fund an irrigation scheme in Ngoma District, Rwanda, which will be implemented by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).   The funds will be used for the construction of dams, 900,000 meter cubes water reservoir, regulating tanks, irrigation canals, bridges, and a solar power unit. Construction of the Standard Gauge Railway in Kenya
